Remix: Hardkiss –“RetroactiveFuturisticPsychedelicFunkBump”

My relationship with the brothers Hardkiss is long and storied, and those guys mean a lot to me. In the past I’ve done remixes separately for Gavin (“Everything Is Happening At The Same Time“) and Robbie (“Everything Is Changing“) … and it just hit me as I’m typing this how those song titles kind of tell a little story together. That’s a funny thing. But now Robbie and Gavin have unveiled their new collective Hardkiss album, titled 1991, and I’ve had the honor of remixing a part of this moment where the two have come together, wonder twin powers activating. The cut is curiously titled “RetroactiveFuturisticPsychedelicFunkBump” and it was initially unveiled by my pals at the Whiskey Pickle label. You can nab the single at Juno Download, Beatport, and other digital shops … it also features tasty mixes from James Curd (Greenskeepers) and Gavin himself in his Hawke mode.
